GRM International is now hiring a Project Milestone Manager to assist, monitor and coordinate the delivery of contracted GRM inputs to selected projects in the Middle East through performance monitoring and measurement activities ensuring cost effective, timely and specification compliant project delivery.
You will ideally demonstrate:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in an agricultural discipline;
• Total 7 years’ experience with at least 3-5 years’ experience working in an agricultural services organization and/or a State agricultural agency - preferably in a developing country or similar environment;
• Planning, performance measurement and communication skills, including outstanding writing and presentation skills;
• Commercially “savvy” coupled with innate ability to think laterally;  
• Well organized, paying close attention to details;
• Ability to influence and liaise at a senior level;
• A track record of successful business development and client relationship management skills;
• Project management and contract management/delivery experience;
• Government procurement experience and knowledge of competitive tendering process;
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills – Report writing, Excel Modeling, Presentations; and
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (desirable).
